Wyoga Lake Homeowners Association

WHO WE ARE

Wyoga Lake Estates was established in the 1960s by Wyoga Park Inc., replacing the family recreation area previously located here with residential housing.  In 1968 the Homeowners Association was formed to act as a social organization and to provide a unified means for residents to voice opinions in matters that might impact the community.

The Homeowners Association is voluntary, in both operation and membership.  The Association provides to its members:

  • Use of Wyoga Lake Park, the lake, the beach, and the nature trails.
  • Organized sports and games for children and teens.
  • Basketball and volleyball courts, and a baseball field.
  • Supervised swimming with Red Cross certified lifeguards.
  • Social Events for adults, teens, and children.
  • Boating, fishing and hiking.
  • An outdoor pavilion that can be reserved by members.

65 acres of water, 5 acres of park, and 60 acres of conservation land plus the front entrance are owned and maintained by the Association.
