Wyoga Lake Pavilion Rental

Each member is permitted one weekend and one weekday reservation for the season. Members must have their membership dues paid in full before any date can be reserved.

The pavilion use fee is $75 for 1/2 day (10 AM to 3 PM or 4 PM to 9 PM) or $125 for full day for up to 50 guests. Parties greater than 50 guests require Board approval, and extra fees will be required.

A separate refundable deposit equal to the amount of the use fee is required to ensure keys are returned within 24 hours and the pavilion is left free of trash and damage.  Please note: Date will be reserved on the calendar for each member's event when pavilion fee, deposit and the WLHA Pavilion Agreement Form and Alcohol Policy are submitted.

All pavilion fees will be allocated to repairs of the pavilion and maintenance of the park, allowing WLHA to continue to provide a well-maintained setting for family events. This fee will be refunded in the event that a reservation is cancelled a month or more before the reservation date.

Please include on the Pavilion Agreement Form the type of event being held and the approximate number of guests. Weather permitting, lifeguards will be staffed Friday through Sunday, and holidays. If you would like lifeguard coverage after hours, or if the size of your event will require more than 2 lifeguards to safely monitor the water activity, please contact the waterfront professionals to make arrangements. Additional lifeguard coverage will be at the member's expense.

Please note:
No glass containers allowed. Please help us keep broken glass off the beach! Can & plastic beverages are safest for all members and guests of our wonderful park.
